Scrum Master at Instanda

Karen Lean has a wealth of work experience spanning from 2002 to the present. In 2002, they worked as an IT & Multimedia Developer/Designer for Alaf Sanjung Private Ltd. In 2004, they volunteered as an Audio Translator for the Judge Institute of Management, University of Cambridge. In 2005, they worked as a Planning Casework Officer and Administrative Officer for the Government Office for the East of England. In 2006, they worked as a Test Analyst for the University of Cambridge. From 2011 to 2019, they worked at AXA Health as a Test Manager/QA Test Lead with Scrum Master experience. From 2019 to 2020, they worked at Guinness World Records as a Scrum Master/IT Development Team Manager. Since 2020, they have been on a personal sabbatical. In 2022, they will begin working as a Scrum Master at INSTANDA.

Karen Lean has a diverse educational background. In 2009-2010, they obtained an MSc (Distinction) in International Business Management from the University of East London. In 2001-2002, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) 2:1 in Computing from Staffordshire University. Prior to that, they obtained a Higher Diploma (2:1) in Computer Science from Pertama Institute of Technology in 1998-2000. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including a Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) from Scrum.org in November 2017, an ISEB Foundation Certificate in Software Testing from ISEB in January 2012, a Certified Visual Basic Developer (CVBD) from Microsoft in January 2002, a Microsoft Certified Solution Developer (MCSD) from Microsoft in January 2002, and a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) in 2002.
