May Adefe

May Adefe has a strong background in business analysis, with experience in multiple industries. They started their career at TLCOM CAPITAL LLP in 2015, where they facilitated the implementation of a CRM system and conducted gap analysis for system requirements. From 2018 to 2022, they worked at Kiecom LTD, providing business support and ensuring successful delivery of solutions. At Robson Moore in 2022 and 2023, May successfully implemented a CRM system and built a target operating model. Currently, they are working at INSTANDA as a Business Analyst.

May Adefe completed a Master's degree in International Business and Management from the University of Central Lancashire from 2018 to 2019. Prior to that, May Adefe studied Mass Communication/Media Studies at the University of Lagos from 2010 to 2014, although the degree obtained is not specified. In addition to their formal education, May Adefe obtained the BCS Foundation Certificate in Business Analysis from The Chartered Institution for IT in April 2023.
