Sara Shipley

Sara Shipley has worked in various roles since 2002. Sara started their career as a Personnel and Training Manager at Sainsbury's in 2002. Sara then moved to Cannons Health & Fitness in 2005 as a Regional People Manager. From 2006 to 2009, they worked at A.S. Watson Group, first as a Superdrug Stores Head of HR Services and then as an HR & Training Manager for the Pharmacy Division. From 2009 to 2014, they were at Starbucks, first as the Head of Reward for UK & Ireland, then as the Head of OD and Total Pay for EMEA, and finally as the Head of HR for the Support Centre. Since 2014, they have been at Theircox, first as a Program Director and Head of M&A, then as the Chief of Staff, then as the HR Director for the Group, and currently as the Head of HR and Global Head of Early Level Careers. In 2021, they joined INSTANDA as the CHRO and Chief Transformation Officer.

Sara Shipley has attended CIPD, CIPD Crawley, University of Exeter, and Crawley College. No additional certifications have been listed.
