Tom Mason

Tom Mason has worked in various roles since 2009. Tom began their career at Jagex as a Basket and Payment Success Manager, then moved on to become an Operations Manager and Player Support Team Leader. In 2014, they joined UL EHS Sustainability as a Support Manager and Capacity Manager. In 2019, they joined INSTANDA as Head of Platform Services and Platform Service Manager.

Tom Mason obtained a 2:1 degree in Business Studies from Nottingham Trent University between 2004 and 2008. In October 2016, Tom Mason obtained an ITIL certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice.
