Trevor Davis

Trevor Davis has worked in the insurance technology market since 2003. Trevor began their career at Unisys Insurance Service Ltd in 2003, where they served as Managing Director/COO and successfully turned around the Closed Book Life and Pensions BPO. In 2009, they moved to Capita as Managing Director/COO, leading and reshaping a c. £100m t/o business with 2,000 employees in four locations. In 2010, they joined HCL Insurance BPO Services Ltd. as Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer, where they implemented innovations and achieved operating profitability within 18 months. In 2012, they became CEO of Life and Pensions AdminRe Service Company Ltd., a division of SwissRe, and delivered a transformation within 24 months that achieved over 50% improvement in customer satisfaction outcomes, 55% cost reduction, and significant process improvements. In 2017, they became a Non Executive Director at a Leading US FinTech investment company. Most recently, in 2018, they joined INSTANDA as Managing Director, Life & Health, a brand transforming the insurance technology market.

Trevor Davis completed their high school education at St. John's College between 1976 and 1983, where they studied A Level Maths, Physics, and Economics. Trevor then went on to obtain a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Accountancy from Exeter University between 1983 and 1986. Finally, they obtained the ACAEW Chartered Accountancy Professional Qualification & Membership from ICAEW between 1986 and 1989, specializing in Finance, Business, and Accountancy.
