Will Wood

Will Wood has worked in the insurance industry since 2006. Will began their career as a Business Management Graduate Trainee at Aviva, where they held various roles including Head of UK SME Strategy, Insight and Propositions, Head of UK SME Propositions and Board Trustee at Crossroads Care, Senior Digital Workplace Proposition Manager, Business Development Manager, Workplace Proposition Manager, Pensions and Investments Proposition Manager, Pensions Product Development Manager, and Pensions Product Development Consultant. In 2021, they joined INSTANDA as the Director of Life and Health and Head of Life and Health. In this role, they help carriers, brokers and MGAs across 13 countries address their legacy transformation issues.

Will Wood attended York St John University from 2004 to 2009. Will earned a Higher in Start in 2009, a BA (HONS) in Management Studies and Psychology in 2007, and a BA Joint Hons in Management Studies and Psychology in 2007.
