Rick Ross

Rick Ross has a strong background in network engineering and telecommunications. Rick began their career in 2003 with the USAF as a Network Engineer and worked in this role until 2007. From there, they gained experience as a network engineer at Affiliated Computer Services and Intersil. In 2009, they joined L3 / Merlin International as a Network Engineer and worked in this position until 2012, when they transitioned to Hewlett-Packard. At Hewlett-Packard, Rick worked as a Network Engineer from 2012 to 2015. Rick then moved to General Dynamics as a Senior Network Engineer for one year. In 2016, Rick joined MAG Aerospace as a Network Engineer IV and worked in this role until 2020. Since 2020, they have been working at Augustine Consulting, Inc. as a Technical Analyst IV. Most recently, they started working at Instant Connect in 2023 as a RoIP/VoIP Pre-Sales Engineer. Throughout their career, Rick has gained extensive experience in network engineering and telecommunications.

From 2018 to 2019, Rick Ross attended Capella University and earned a Master's degree in Information Technology.

Similarly, from 2015 to 2017, Rick Ross also studied at Capella University and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology. During this time, they additionally pursued a Master's Degree in Information Technology & Management.

Prior to their Bachelor's degree, Rick Ross attended Capella University from 2012 to 2014 and acquired another Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology.
