David Kirkham

David Kirkham is an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager currently overseeing Instant Impact's partnership with Ampa/Shakespeare Martineau since September 2023. With a strong background in embedded talent partnerships, Kirkham has worked for notable organizations such as Zenergi, Republic Europe, Centre for Entrepreneurs, and Molten Ventures since joining Instant Impact in March 2021. Prior to this, Kirkham held leadership roles including Head of Talent at The Portfolio Group and Internal Recruiter at Marlin Green Ltd. Kirkham's recruitment expertise spans across various sectors including commercial hiring, entrepreneurship programs, and specialist searches in the IT field. A graduate of the University of Portsmouth, Kirkham earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Enterprise Systems.
