Felix Mitchell is the founder and co-CEO of Instant Impact, a company that is reinventing outdated recruitment agency and RPO models. Felix provides expertise, team, marketing, and technology for hiring diverse talent directly. Felix is also a podcast host for "We Need to Talk About HR" and the editor in chief of Talent Bytes. Felix is a regular columnist for New Thinking magazine, where they cover various topics such as talent acquisition, data, technology, business, mental health, and family. Additionally, Felix served as a management board member for Lord Young's Small Business Charter, focusing on driving economic growth. In the past, they worked as the deputy volunteer coordinator for Jerry Brown 2010.

Felix Mitchell completed their undergraduate studies in Social and Political Sciences at the University of Cambridge from 2007 to 2010. Felix focused on areas such as Social Psychology, International Development, Anthropology, and Political History. In 2023, they attended Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, for an Artificial Intelligence Programme. Prior to their university education, Felix attended Westminster School from 2002 to 2007.
