Max McCann has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Max started their career as a Front of House staff at Eight Club London from September 2014 to March 2017. Following that, they worked as a Sales Executive at Global Reach Group from March 2017 to December 2017. In 2018, they joined Real Staffing as a Recruitment Consultant, where they stayed until June 2021. From June 2021 to January 2024, Max worked as a Talent Partner and later as a Talent Acquisition Lead at Instant Impact. Max then moved to Anthesis Group in January 2024, where they currently hold the position of Talent Acquisition Lead.
Max McCann attended Holland Park School from 2005 to 2010, but did not acquire a degree or study any specific field.
