Rona Borre

Rona Borre is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in talent solutions and recruitment, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer of Growing Talent since July 2021, focusing on the cannabis industry. In addition, Rona serves as Chairman of Seed Talent, Chicago's first cannabis-focused recruitment firm established in May 2020. Rona also leads Instant Alliance, founded in August 2014, providing technology, digital, financial, and marketing recruiting services. Rona was previously Chief Executive Officer of Instant Technology, starting in November 2001, and held the role of Senior Account Executive at Sapphire Technology from April 1996 to November 2001, as well as Account Executive/Recruiter at Team Alliance Inc. from April 1995 to March 1996. Rona holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from the University of Arizona (1991-1995).
