Brigitte Carruthers

Brigitte Carruthers is an experienced professional in customer service and support within the healthcare sector and e-commerce. Currently serving as the Head of Services and Support at InstantScripts since October 2021, Brigitte is responsible for establishing a successful customer support team through effective process and people management. Prior to this role, Brigitte was the Customer Service Team Lead at PROBE Group from May 2014 to October 2021, where key contributions included new project implementations for Coles Online and delivery partnerships, achieving KPIs, problem-solving, and developing agent processes, along with managing any conduct issues among team members.
