Melissa Ironside has a diverse work experience in the digital and media industry. Melissa is currently working as the Customer Engagement Director at InstantScripts, where they are responsible for customer acquisition, retention, and engagement. Prior to this, Melissa worked at News Corp Australia, starting as the Entertainment and Lifestyle Editor at news.com.au before becoming the Group Features Editor. Melissa then took on the role of Executive Editor of the Women's Network, where they managed Australia's largest digital women's network and launched new digital products. Melissa also worked at Foxtel as the Senior Digital Editor for LifeStyle Channels and at SheSaid.com.au as the Digital and Commercial Editor. Earlier in their career, they worked at Are Media Pty Ltd as a Digital Editor and at CLEO Magazine as a Senior Features Writer and Web Editor. Melissa has a strong background in digital content management and strategy, audience development, and revenue growth.

Melissa Ironside completed their primary and secondary education at The Hills Grammar School from 1995 to 2000. Following this, they went on to pursue higher education at the University of Technology Sydney, where they completed their Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Law from 2001 to 2007.
