Jeff Kip

CEO at Instapro Group

Jeff Kip has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Jeff started their career at Goldman Sachs as an Associate in Investment Banking from May 1998 to October 2002. Following that, they joined UBS Investment Bank as a Director in Investment Banking from October 2002 to May 2003.

Later, Kip served as the EVP & CFO at Panera Bread from May 2003 to March 2012. Jeff was responsible for finance and played a critical role in the company's growth during that period.

In 2012, Kip joined IAC as the EVP & CFO, where they handled responsibilities related to finance, accounting, corporate strategy, and M&A activities. Jeff also had operational responsibility for HomeAdvisor and Shoebuy. During their tenure, they successfully completed around $3 billion in financing transactions, including the completion of The Match Group IPO and IAC balance sheet restructuring.

Kip then moved on to become the CEO of Instapro Group, a subsidiary of IAC, in April 2016. Jeff led the European market leader in home services, overseeing various brands across countries such as MyHammer, Werkspot, Travaux, and Instapro. After leaving the company, they returned to the organization as the CEO of the Instapro Group in February 2020.

Additionally, Kip took on the role of CEO at MyBuilder.com in February 2021, where they continue to contribute their expertise. Jeff also serves as a Board Member at Berkshire Bank starting from August 2021.

Furthermore, Kip has served as the Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board at MyHammer AG since November 2016. Jeff was also a Board Member at Atavist from September 2013 to September 2015.

Jeff Kip has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in History from Williams College. Jeff also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business. Jeff Kip completed high school at Phillips Academy (Andover).
