Kyle Dalton has a diverse background in marketing and brand partnerships. Kyle currently holds the position of Chief Operations Officer at InstaShop, a role they have held since November 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Snr. Director of Brand Partnerships from November 2020 to November 2023 and as the Director of Brand Partnerships from September 2018 to October 2020.

Before joining InstaShop, Kyle worked at Unilever starting in 2012. Kyle held the position of eCommerce Lead from November 2016 to August 2018. Prior to that, they worked as a Brand Manager for the Foods Category (Knorr/Hellmann's/Flora) from December 2014 to November 2016. Kyle also worked as a Marketing Executive for both the Hygiene Portfolio (Lifebuoy/Vaseline) in July 2014 and the Personal Care (Oral/Deo/Skin Cleansing) in October 2012 to June 2014.

Kyle's earliest work experience includes a role as a Marketing Coordinator at Elgin Brown & Hamer from January 2010 to August 2012, and as a Marketing Assistant at Taybron Trading from January 2009 to December 2009. Kyle also gained marketing internship experience at G.U.D. Filters from June 2008 to December 2008 and at DB Apparel (Playtex) from January 2008 to May 2008.

Kyle Dalton completed their education with the following degrees: an IMM-BBA Degree in Marketing Management from the Institue of Marketing Management (2010-2012), a Higher Diploma (equivalent to a BBA) in Marketing Management from the same institution (2007-2009), and an HG Matric from Glenwood Boys High (2002-2006) with a focus on subjects such as English, Afrikaans, Mathematics HG, Science HG, Accounting, and Information Technology.
