Vinay Goyal

Vinay Goyal has extensive work experience in the logistics technology industry. Vinay served as the Founder & CEO of Instavans, a logistics technology company, from April 2015 to the present. At Instavans, Vinay led the development of SmarTruck, a networked TMS platform that integrates the ecosystem of large shippers and 4PLs, providing automation and visibility to improve efficiency and capacity utilization.

In December 2021, Vinay became the CEO & Founder of SmarTruck KSA, responsible for overseeing operations in the MENA region.

Prior to their roles at Instavans and SmarTruck KSA, Vinay worked at Group SER. Vinay served as the CEO & Managing Partner from September 1995 to March 2015 and as a Partner from June 1990 to September 1995.

Vinay Goyal completed their ISC degree in Science from St James School Kolkata from 1976 to 1986. Afterward, from 1986 to 1990, they attended Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, where they obtained a Bachelor of Technology degree in Mechanical Engineering. In 2014, they furthered their education by completing an Executive Program in Disruptive Technologies at Singularity University.
