Aron Ralston

Aron Ralston has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of product design and user experience. Aron is currently working as a Staff Product Designer at Instawork since the year 2023. Prior to this, they worked at FORME from 2020 to 2022, where they served as a Staff Product Designer and was responsible for designing and launching the FORME member experience. Aron also worked as an Advisor at Kumanu in 2020. Before that, Aron was the Head of Design at Stride from 2019 to 2020, where they led the design team for Stride's marketplace and productivity platforms. Aron also worked as a Design Director at Fitbit from 2017 to 2019. Aron held the position of Sr. Director of User Experience at Welltok, Inc. from 2015 to 2017, where they led the design of experiences for health benefit plans and wellness culture. Prior to that, Aron worked at RelayHealth as the Director of User Experience from 2003 to 2014, where they led the design of SAAS applications and received multiple eHealth awards for their work. Aron started their career as a Design Manager at Healinx from 1999 to 2003. Throughout their career, Aron has demonstrated leadership skills and a track record of successful design projects.

Aron Ralston attended UC Santa Barbara, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications. Additionally, they enrolled at the ArtCenter College of Design, specifically in the program Art Center at Night, where they focused on Identity Systems.
