Subsequent roles include Respite Home Service Supervisor at Billerica Council on Aging, where management of a 14-employee team and client services was key, and positions in Medicare Advantage sales at Commonwealth Care Alliance and Devoted Health, contributing to significant growth in customer acquisition and loyalty.
