Kate Courter

Kate Courter has over 30 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Kate started their career as a Software Engineer at Veda, Inc in 1986 and later joined First Consulting Group as the Director of Client Services in 1993. In 2003, they became a Software Manager at Lockheed Martin before moving on to become the Director of Technical Support at Liquent in 2007. Kate then joined Thomson Reuters as the Director of Client Services, responsible for the implementation and support of the Liquent InSight product suite. In 2010, they became the VP of Client Services at Liquent and later transitioned to PAREXEL as the VP of Client Enablement Regulatory Solutions in 2013. Kate's most recent role was the VP of the Program Management Office (PMO) at CRF Health before joining Instem as the Senior Director of Outsourcing Services in 2019. Throughout their career, Kate has demonstrated their expertise in project management, business process optimization, architecture, installation, validation, data migration, and support services.

Kate Courter attended Penn State University from 1978 to 1983, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
