Marcus Plating

Marcus Plating has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in project management and consulting. Marcus is currently working at Instem as the Director of Project Management Office. Prior to that, they worked as an Associate Director at d-wise. Marcus also served as a Senior Consultant at Venetia Partners LLC and as an Executive Vice President at TIMS Corporation and Adept Engineering Solutions. Marcus has experience managing software system development projects and implementing multi-year projects with large budgets. Earlier in their career, Marcus worked at Sprint Nextel in roles such as Director of Business Operations and Senior Sales Manager. Marcus began their career as an Account Executive at Bell Atlantic Nynex Mobile.

Marcus Plating attended the University of Maryland from 1990 to 1994, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing & Finance. In 2012, they obtained a certification in Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute.
