Raza Sayed

RAZA SAYED is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the SCIT Regional Manager at Instem, appointed in May 2016 after rising from Team Leader. In this role, Raza manages costs associated with server setups, approves project orders, and supervises a team of five, focusing on performance management and training. Prior to this, Raza held positions as Senior Hosting Technical Support and Technical Consultant, ensuring the functionality of critical healthcare applications on private cloud setups. Raza's earlier experience includes working as a Technical Support Consultant at m-hance, where responsibilities included monitoring client infrastructure and managing server environments, and serving as a Server Engineer at Microsoft, providing support to enterprise-level clients. Raza holds a Master's Degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from Pune University and a Bachelor's Degree in the same field from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
