Al Bird is a seasoned professional in the learning and coaching sector with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as CEO at Instep, Al previously held the CEO position at Sanctus Coaching, focusing on inclusive coaching and mentoring. Al's background includes significant leadership positions at Abacus, where responsibilities included overseeing a SaaS platform for customer experience management, and at KnowledgePool, where Al played a key role in driving substantial business growth in managed learning services. With experience at Accenture, Al specialized in learning strategy management and designing impactful e-learning programs. Al holds an MSc in Cognitive Ergonomics from University College London and an MA in Physics from the University of Oxford.
