Hayley Wilcox

Hayley Wilcox is a successful leader with extensive experience in managing organizational business improvement activities within the welfare to work and work-based learning sector. They served as Head of Business Improvement at JHP Training and later as Head of Quality Assurance and Improvement at learndirect Limited, where they led initiatives to enhance quality and compliance.
