Instigate is a new agency cocktail. One part venture capital, one part culture creator, one part Sandinista, served in a long neck bottle, fuse lit. You’ve likely heard this new-to-the-world story before; this time it’s true. We share in the success or failure of our clients. We require extreme autonomy in delivering growth strategy, compelling creative, effective experience and engagement or we will not engage. Our team is and will remain small and powerful. We have an esprit de’ corps that we fiercely protect, uphold and reward. We are smart, thinker-makers; creative insurgents, playing-field-levelers. To compete against us is to sleep with one eye open, to enlist us is to trust in ultimate victory.
