Mateo Rojas

Mateo R. is a skilled professional with extensive experience in research and program management. Currently serving as a Senior Associate at Instiglio since August 2023, Mateo previously held the position of Program and Research Manager at Data-Pop Alliance from August 2020 to July 2023, where responsibilities included leading research on data governance and co-developing a Mobile Data for Development Playbook. Earlier roles include Project and Research Officer at the Embassy of Canada to Colombia, where research focused on human rights and security, and research positions at Duke University and Universidad de Los Andes. Mateo holds a Master of Science in Applied Economics, a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, and minors in Journalism and Literature, all from Universidad de Los Andes.
