Eric Roberts

Director of Customer Success at Instinct Science

Eric Roberts has had a long and varied career in the veterinary and customer service industries. Eric began their career in 2007 as a Licensed Veterinary Technician at Shaker Veterinary Hospital, where they were responsible for IV catheter placement, intubation, prepping for surgery, administering and monitoring anesthesia during surgical procedures, and obtaining blood and urine samples. In 2010, they moved to Vestal Veterinary Hospital, where they were a Licensed Veterinary Technician and a planning committee member, providing overnight care for critical patients and client education during patient admissions and discharges. From 2012 to 2013, Eric was a Senior Sales and Account Manager at Timeless Veterinary Systems Inc., where they were a product expert and analyzed market potential, generated leads, initiated cold calls to prospective customers, followed up, and performed pre-sales activities. In 2012, they also held a casual position as a Licensed Veterinary Technician at the Atlantic Veterinary College, providing animal nursing care, monitoring and reporting any abnormalities in animals, and teaching and training veterinary students technical skills and animal care. In 2019, Eric joined Instinct Science, where they have held the roles of Director of Customer Success, Director of Hospital Support, and Hospital Support Manager.

Eric Roberts obtained their Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) in Veterinary Sciences/Veterinary Clinical Sciences, General from SUNY Delhi in 2007. Eric then went on to receive their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from SUNY Delhi in 2009. Additionally, they hold a Licensed Veterinary Technician certification.
