Lars Rösler

Lars Rösler has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles in various companies. Lars started their career at IBM in 2013, where they provided support in change management, project management, and software sales until 2014. In 2015, they worked as a redaktionsassistent at strandgutmedia GmbH and as a produktionsassistent at Tower Productions GmbH. Lars then joined Campusfestival Mittweida 2017 in 2016 as a producer and project manager. In 2018, they worked at ZDF Digital Medienproduktion GmbH as a werkstudent and later as part of the Unternehmensstrategie & Formatentwicklung team. Lars also held roles at Streamwerke GmbH from 2018 to 2020, initially as a junior producer and later as a project manager and business development professional. Lars'smost recent position is at INSTINCT3, where they have been working as a senior creative producer since September 2020 and is currently serving as the creative lead from January 2022 onwards.

Lars Rösler completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Medienwirtschaft from Hochschule Mittweida from 2015 to 2018. Prior to that, they attended DHBW Mannheim from 2013 to 2015, specializing in International Management for Business Information Technology. Lars obtained their Abitur from Main-Taunus-Schule Hofheim in 2013. Lars has also obtained certifications as a Professional Scrum Master I and a Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I) from Scrum.org in 2020.
