Andrei Hancharou

Andrei Hancharou is a seasoned System Engineer currently employed at *instinctools since September 2021. Prior to this, Andrei served in various IT leadership roles within the General Department of Statistics for the Grodno region from June 2012 to September 2021, including Deputy Lead of the IT Department, where responsibilities included system and network administration and information security management. Andrei also contributed as a Deputy IT Lead at the Department of Statistics in Hrodna from March 2012 to September 2021, focusing on IT support and solutions implementation. Earlier career experience includes working as a Leading Specialist in the IT Department at the Main Statistical Office of the Grodno Region from March 2008 to June 2012, with duties involving planning information infrastructure and diagnosing computer systems. Educational qualifications consist of an engineering degree in electronic and industrial electronics from Yanka Kupala State University of Grodno (2006-2012) and a specialization in electrical assembly from the Technological College of Grodno (2002-2006).
