Oleg Tereshko

Oleg Tereshko has extensive experience in project management and quality assurance, currently serving as a Project Manager and Product Owner at instinctools since November 2023. Prior to this role, Oleg was a Project Manager and Scrum Master at TALRACE from March 2018 to November 2023, where responsibilities included daily coordination with various stakeholders and leading Agile methodologies across six projects. Oleg's previous experience also includes project management at SQILSOFT, where engagement spanned five diverse projects, and earlier roles as a QA Engineer and QA Lecturer, contributing to both manual and automated testing education. Oleg began a career in telecommunications with OAO Grodno Azot, managing teams and programming communication systems. Oleg holds an Engineering Specialist Diploma in Information and Measuring Technology from Yanka Kupala State University of Grodno.
