Andreas Lenge

Andreas Lenge is the founder and CEO of instingo, a platform offering gamified health challenges for companies. They have served as the managing director of instingo since 2013. Previously, they were the Managing Partner Bavaria at Alchemy Network South East Asia (2009–2013) and held marketing leadership roles at Philip Morris International from 2003 to 2009, including Director Marketing Western Europe and Director Marketing CZ and Slovakia, and they worked as an Account Executive at BBDO (1987–1989). They earned a Diplom Kaufmann in Business Administration from Georg-August-Universität Göttingen in 2009 and completed Leadership on the Edge through 2041 Foundation in 2009, and they are a Member of the Antarctic Expedition with 2041 Foundation since 2009.
