Darragh Duffy

Director Of Research

Darragh Duffy is an accomplished researcher with extensive experience in immunology and vaccine development. Currently serving as the Director of Research at Institut Pasteur since January 2022 and as a Principal Investigator at the Centre for Immunology & Infection since 2020, Darragh Duffy previously held roles as a Senior Scientist and Research Manager at Institut Pasteur, overseeing the LabEx Milieu Interieur project focused on characterizing healthy immune responses. Prior experience includes serving as a Research Fellow/Project Manager at Inserm 945/Université Pierre et Marie Curie, leading innovative vaccination projects for HIV and Influenza, and as a Research Associate at the University of Manchester, where research centered on new candidate vaccines against tuberculosis. Academic credentials include a PhD in Immunology from The University of Manchester, a BSc in Zoology (Genetics) from University College Dublin, and additional entrepreneurship training from HEC Paris and INSEAD.
