Emma Ducos is a PhD student in Auditory Cognitive Science at the Hearing Institute (Institut Pasteur), focusing on how the human brain reacts to alarming sounds to identify biomarkers for Alzheimer's disease using EEG. They have extensive experience in Machine Learning applications across various fields including natural language processing and medical image classification, utilizing libraries such as PyTorch and TensorFlow. Previously, Emma completed a master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Systems, Data, Mathematics, and Computer Science at PSL University and participated in international studies at KAIST. Their research experience includes internships at ENS, RIKEN Center for Advanced Intelligence Project, and the Institut du Cerveau – Paris Brain Institute.
