Eva Chatonnat

Eva Chatonnat is a microbiology research engineer at the Institut Pasteur, where they explore microbiome and host interactions. They completed a Master’s degree in Food Science with a focus on Virology at Université Laval and earned two Master's degrees in Applied Microbiology and Infectiology from Université de Paris. Previously, Eva gained research experience at Aquitaine Science Transfert and Agence nationale de sécurité sanitaire, where they worked on pathogen models and bacterial pathogenesis. Their academic background also includes a Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences from Sorbonne Universités.
