Fay Betsou is the Director of CRBIP at the Institut Pasteur, bringing extensive experience in the biomedical industry and research infrastructures. Previously, they served as Chief Scientific Officer at the Integrated Biobank of Luxembourg from 2010 to 2020 and as a Scientific Advisor at the Laboratoire national de santé from 2020 to 2022. Fay has also held leadership positions, including President of the International Society for Biological and Environmental Repositories from 2013 to 2014 and Laboratory Manager at Biobanque de Picardie from 1998 to 2010. Currently, they are pursuing advanced degrees in molecular diagnostics and microbiology at Université Paris Cité.
