Frederic Lemoine

Frederic Lemoine is a Senior Bioinformatics Scientist at Institut Pasteur since November 2015, focusing on the development of analysis methods for bioinformatics big data. Previously, Frederic served as the Responsible for Data Management at Datacovid from March 2020 to March 2023, overseeing the management of survey data, including reception, storage, documentation, quality control, publication, and basic analyses. Prior experience includes working as a Bioinformatics Project Manager at GenoSplice technology, where development of methods for analyzing Next Generation Sequencing data occurred from February 2010 to November 2015. Additional positions include a Postdoctoral role at the University of Lausanne's Center for Integrative Genomics and a PhD student at Université Paris-Sud, with a focus on the integration and analysis of sequencing and comparative genomics data. Frederic Lemoine holds a PhD in Computer Science/Bioinformatics from Paris-Sud University, earned between 2005 and 2008.
