Herve Menager

Herve Menager is a skilled software engineer with extensive experience in the bioinformatics field, currently working at Institut Pasteur since March 2006. As a member of the "Projets et Développements en Bioinformatique" group, Herve focuses on developing and maintaining scientific software, with significant contributions to the Mobyle project, an open-source web portal for computational biology resources. Previous positions include serving as a research scholar at Arizona State University, where Herve designed the SemanticBio system, and as an analyst programmer at several companies, including Transinformatique, Metrologie France, and CHS France, developing order management tools and various software applications. Herve holds a Master's degree in Software Engineering from Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers and a Bachelor's degree in Biology and Ecology from Nantes Université.
