Joy Bianchi, PhD, is a dedicated science equity advocate with over a decade of experience in scientific research, mentoring, and advocacy. Joy has held various significant positions, including serving as a DEI Policy & Advocacy Officer at Institut Pasteur and co-founding the NYUSOM-SciPol Group while chairing its Science Diplomacy Committee at NYU Langone Health. Passionate about fostering inclusive scientific communities, Joy's international experiences and commitment to cultural exchange shape their strategic approach to science diplomacy and career development. Currently, Joy continues to promote equity in science through ongoing roles in the scientific community.
