Mathilde Dusseaux currently serves as the Head of the Human Disease Models Core Facility at Institut Pasteur, a position held since September 2021, where responsibilities include platform setup, team and program management, and the production of humanized mice for in vivo pharmacology. Previously, Dusseaux was involved with Cellectis from January 2015 to August 2021, where roles included Program Leader for gene therapy and Preclinical Project Manager in immuno-oncology and gene therapy, focusing on CAR T cells immunotherapy. Prior experience also includes a post-doctoral fellowship at Institut Pasteur in the development of humanized mouse models, a PhD in immunology at Institut Curie, and various positions in immunology and molecular biology dating back to 2002. Dusseaux holds a Ph.D. from Université Paris Descartes and additional degrees in molecular genetics and biological analysis.
