Nicolas Colombini

Nicolas COLOMBINI has extensive experience in human resources and training, currently serving as the Responsable Pôle Compétences et Formation at Institut Pasteur since July 2023. Previously, Nicolas worked at COLAS for 17 years in various roles, including Responsable Formation & Développement RH and Cadre RH - Formation, where responsibilities included defining strategic orientations for professional training within a €90M budget, managing regulatory evolutions, and coordinating training programs in collaboration with prestigious institutions. Earlier career experience includes roles at SCREG, managing payroll and personnel administration for a workforce of 200, along with responsibilities related to employee relations and safety compliance. Nicolas holds a Maitrise and Licence in Ressources Humaines from Université Paris-Est Créteil and a Master 2 in Management des Ressources Humaines from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL.
