The mission of the Institute for Business Development has been to improve and optimise the knowledge and potential of personnel working in many different organisations. In this process, continuity and innovation go hand in hand. We remain ahead of the game, but without losing ourselves in hype. We are ultra-practical but never ignore the necessary theoretical foundations. We have a wide range of possible subjects, but all of them are covered in depth. And we are always objective and independent, but without forgetting our commitment to our target group.

Founded in 1995 by Dirk Spillebeen, the aim of IFBD is to inform industry about the most recent trends and evolutions, which have a direct and beneficial impact on their working methods and efficiency. Using no-nonsense courses, workshops and internal programmes, IFBD provides managers with the information and knowledge necessary to remain innovative and competitive in an ever-changing work environment.
