Institutional Life offers investment advisory and management services as well as operations-based technology solutions to sophisticated life contingent investors, with a primary focus on life settlements. Our services are designed to give our partners enhanced visibility, insight and control over traditionally complex and dynamic assets. Our engagements are flexible and run the gamut from traditional sub-manager or advisor appointments to more narrow third-party administrative roles such as portfolio servicing, valuation agent, special servicing projects and customized technology licensing.
Originally founded in 2007 by Goldman Sachs, Genworth Financial and National Financial Partners, today Institutional Life is independent, management-owned and organized as a boutique firm. Our unique history gives partners the responsiveness and professional accountability of a small firm with the corporate best practices of larger, more regulated global organizations. We place a high value on long-standing client relationships, which include leading asset managers, insurance companies and reinsurers.
