Jen Willson serves as Chief of Staff and Director of Organizational Development at Instruction Partners since September 2021. Previously, Jen worked at Braven as a Consultant, managing the hiring process for a non-profit that assists first-generation college students with career development. Jen's extensive experience includes roles at Teach For America, where Jen held various senior leadership positions, overseeing program execution and talent operations, and driving significant improvements in staff training and satisfaction. Early career experience includes teaching social studies and history in middle and high schools. Jen holds a Master's degree in Public Policy & Management from the University of Pittsburgh and a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication & Political Science from Towson University.
