Adam Tullis

Adam Tullis has substantial expertise in tax management across various roles within prominent companies. At Instructure, starting in April 2014, Adam progressed from Director of Tax to Sr. Director of Tax and currently holds the position of VP of Tax, with responsibilities that include global tax structuring, international tax, and corporate income tax compliance. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Global Tax and Tax Manager at Skullcandy Inc. from November 2011 to April 2014, as well as working as a Tax Senior Consultant at Tanner LLC from June 2005 to November 2010. Adam holds a Master of Accountancy from the University of Utah, acquired between 2002 and 2005.
