Alan Masson has a robust background in customer success and educational consultancy, currently serving as CX Enablement Manager and previously as Strategic Customer Success Manager at Instructure since April 2019. Prior to this role, Alan worked as an Educational Consultant independently and held various positions at Blackboard, including Senior Manager of Client Success from January 2014 to February 2019. Alan's experience in higher education includes leadership roles at the University of Ulster, where responsibilities included Head of Technology Facilitated Learning, Director of CETL(NI) for Institutional e-Learning Services, and Assistant Director of the Institute of Lifelong Learning. Alan holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics from the University of Dundee and a Doctor of Philosophy from Ulster University.
