Allison F. is an experienced professional in technical communication and documentation, currently serving as a Sr. Community Content Analyst at Instructure since March 2012. With a background in various roles including Senior Documentation Specialist, Manager, Documentation, and Team Lead, Documentation, Allison has developed expertise in content creation, planning, and cross-collaboration across teams to ensure consistency in documentation for Instructure products, particularly the Canvas learning platform. Prior to Instructure, Allison earned a Master of Science in Instructional Technology and Learning Sciences from Utah State University and held several assistant roles, enhancing technical and educational skills.
