Amir Ahmari

Amir Ahmari, CPA, currently serves as the Director of Revenue and Director of Deal Desk at Instructure, overseeing post-acquisition integration and revenue operations following the company's acquisition by KKR. Previously, Amir held the position of Director of Revenue at UserTesting, where contributions included managing the OTC process for a $200M SaaS company during its merger with UserZoom. Amir has an extensive background in revenue management and accounting, having served as Director of Revenue at ThoughtSpot and Assistant Controller at Google. With experience in M&A integration, SEC reporting, and the implementation of financial systems, Amir has successfully managed significant financial operations and audits across multiple high-profile companies in the tech sector. Amir holds an MBA in Finance from Santa Clara University and a B.S. in Accounting from San José State University.
