Andrew Tan

Andrew Tan, CFA, CPA, is a seasoned treasury leader currently serving as the Treasurer at Instructure since 2025. With over 14 years of experience in accounting, banking, and corporate finance, Andrew has a diverse background that includes roles in risk advisory, credit risk underwriting, and corporate banking. Previously, Andrew has held positions at Infoblox as Assistant Treasurer, Gap Inc. as Treasury Manager, and Navan as Director of Treasury. Andrew's experience also includes contributions to fintech product development in payment and funds flow solutions, and has worked with notable institutions such as Deloitte, BNP Paribas, and Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Andrew earned a Bachelor of Art in Business Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles, in 2010.
