Avi Hanner is an experienced professional in customer experience and success management within the education technology sector. Currently serving as Senior Director of Customer Experience for the APAC region at Instructure since December 2018, Avi has held multiple roles at the company, including Director and Manager of Customer Success. Prior experience includes leadership positions at D2L from October 2013 to November 2018, where Avi was Sales Director and Customer Success Director, as well as a Technical Account Manager. Earlier career endeavors include managerial roles at Deakin University from October 2007 to September 2013 and a position as Learning Environments Officer at Monash University from May 2004 to September 2007. Avi holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology from Monash University and a Masters of Social Science in Environmental Management and International Development from RMIT University.
