Carolyn Lyons is an experienced professional in the field of customer success and higher education admissions. Currently serving as Manager of Customer Success at Instructure since December 2019, Carolyn supports Enterprise and Consortium accounts in adopting the Canvas Learning Management System. Prior experience includes roles at Ross School, where Carolyn held positions as Enterprise Customer Success Manager and Senior Associate Director Of Admissions, significantly improving international freshman admissions. Carolyn’s previous experience encompasses a range of admissions and educational roles at the University of Utah and Westminster College, where achievements include increasing international application completion rates and managing student outreach initiatives. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in International Community Leadership from Westminster University and a Bachelor of Science in History and Marketing from Utah State University, along with additional studies in International Studies at Thammasat University.
