Casey Sato is a highly experienced professional currently serving as the Senior Director of Customer Success for the Americas at Instructure since July 2016. In this role, Casey oversees the customer success strategy for North American and Latin American higher education segments, leading a team focused on enhancing customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion of Instructure's product offerings. Prior to this position, Casey held various roles at the University of Utah, including Learning Specialist and Customer Success Manager. Casey holds a Master's of Education in Intercollegiate Athletics Leadership from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
